Compassionate Solutions for Homelessness

A New Hope for Alaskans

Vote for James William Parkin IV and you will never again see homeless camps in your parks, plazas or along your roadways. Public intoxication, panhandling, theft, shoplifting, jaywalking, or any other unsociable or illegal activities associated with the homeless will be eliminated.

We understand the unique challenges faced by those experiencing homelessness in our communities, and we are committed to addressing the root causes rather than just the symptoms. The homeless will no longer need to worry about being beaten, robbed, raped, killed or dying from the elements. Chronic issues associated with untreated drug/alcohol addiction, mental and physical illness, parasitic infections, insufferable living conditions, loneliness, mistreatment and unacceptance will be addressed.

At JP4, we believe that homelessness is not just a statistic. It's a human experience that deserves our attention and compassion. Alaska's homeless are our family members, veterans, families, single parents, Alaska Natives, Native Americans, people of many backgrounds and of all ages.

Our initiative sets forth a comprehensive plan to tackle homelessness in Alaska through actionable, cost-effective programs designed to uplift individuals and their communities. By commencing our efforts in Anchorage, we aim to develop a successful model that can be replicated throughout our great state.

Our approach combines supportive services, job training, as well as restorative housing solutions to empower individuals, foster community engagement, and ultimately eradicate homelessness in Alaska.

We believe everyone deserves a good life and the dignity of a stable home. Join us as we embark on this critical mission together. With your support, we can create a brighter future where homelessness and hopelessness becomes things of the past, shaping a healthier, more unified Alaska. With your vote and support, all of the problems associated with the homeless will be gone for good!
